Many of TNA’s pay-per-views seem to build towards their weekly TV show, Impact Wrestling. Victory Road, on the other hand, has really been built the way a pay-per-view should be. All of the matches on the card make sense because each bout is scheduled between individuals who have been feuding for a decent amount of time. None of these matches are thrown together at the last second, although Mr. Anderson in the Tag Team match …

Reading the preview for tonight’s episode, it looks like there is one decent bout set to take place. The X-Division Champion match between Austin Aries and Zema Ion (or as Dixie Carter tweets “Zima”) should be good. One thing that TNA has going for them is that they have been really clear as to who is the number one contender for each belt is. I don’t want to see a Robbie E/Robbie T vs Crimson/Morgan …

The main event of Victory Road is now official, and Austin Aries doesn’t seem too happy about it. He sent out a tweet after last week’s Impact, basically complaining about Sting booking himself in another main event. Now, I have actually enjoyed this program between Sting and Bobby Roode, and how it isn’t about the World Title. This should be a fun Grudge match that will somewhat settle this feud. I am always pushing for …

Believe or not, TNA has been a fun wrestling company to watch over the past few months. Sting running things, the World Title picture, Austin Aries, and the Magnus and Joe-Crimson and Morgan feud for the Tag Titles. Of course, it isn’t about what you have done… It is about what you are going to do. I really dig the fact that there are clear number one contenders for each belt right now. I’m sure …

The dreaded return to Universal Studios. After three weeks of awesome crowds in the UK, TNA goes back to performing in front of tourists, people who want to get a break from the Florida sun, and some wrestling fans. Yes, there are a few wrestling fans in attendance at these tapings, but not many. Thanks to PINFALL’s right hand man, Julius Johnson, for holding down the fort and covering Against All Odds. Much like Julius …

While they have still failed to keep me religiously watching their weekly program, TNA may actually be showing that uprising that everyone was sort of expecting around the time Destination X happened last year. They still show a slight incompetence as to what stars are the ones to push, or which ones the fans actually want to see, but there has been a stronger effort in making coherent stories that not only feel genuine, but …

It’s always a pleasant surprise when Impact isn’t at their usual home, Universal Studios. Tonight, the show goes down in London, and the London crowds always seem to have a good time at Raw or Smackdown. So, let’s see if they bring the noise to a TNA product that has been more interesting than not. Let’s also see if we get some answers to a few questions, like what will be the main event of Against All Odds on February 12? With three contenders to the World Title right now, and a pay-per-view around the corner, TNA needs to declare what the match is going to be. SPOILERS FOLLOW Not only is TNA in London, but they are at Wembley Arena. This has got to be one of the biggest live …

Jeff Hardy will team with James Storm to go up against Bobby Roode and Bully Ray in a Tables match that will headline tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling. Hopefully, there is just a clean finish after the past two episodes have had lame endings. TNA has really been half and half. One half has been fun and entertaining, while the other half has been completely lame. Some of the lame aspects are Garett Bischoff feuding with Eric Bischoff and Crimson-Morgan as the Tag Champions. The positive aspects have been Aries as the X-Division Champion, EY’s comedy, and the Knockouts (Mickie James in particular). On the other hand, the World Title picture has been fun on occasion, but also frustrating. SPOILERS FOLLOW Bully Ray and Jeff Hardy are exchanging rights and …

James Storm is the new number one contender, so where does this leave Jeff Hardy? After last week’s odd finish to a solid match between Hardy and Roode, I wouldn’t be surprised if Jeff Hardy is still in the World Title picture. It would be nice if, for once, TNA could have a World Title Match end with a clean victory. No help from an outsider or any cheating of any form, just a clean victory by PINFALL or submission. I had been digging what TNA was doing for a few months, but since the end of Genesis there hasn’t been much to hype. SPOILERS FOLLOW The usual video package of last week’s action opens up the show. Then, “Cowboy” James Storm walks down that aisle to get on the mic. …

I will have to lay it straight to everyone: I have not paid much attention to TNA, IMPACT Wrestling, or whatever they’re calling themselves other than the Pay-Per-Views. The wrestling roster is filled with a lot of good talent, a few hacks who get more TV time than necessary, and a few decent creative minds. However, the ones who run the creative direction of the storylines and the wrestlers’ pushes have no clue where they …
